As Mother’s Day approaches, it’s time to celebrate and honor the incredible women who juggle the demands of work and family with grace and resilience. No, We do want any more pots and pans. While flowers and chocolates are always appreciated (thank you very much), here’s a list that is actually what-we-want.

This is my holy grail for sunscreen as well as daily hydrating. With the recent record-breaking crazy UV index, Paula Choice – Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 is a must-have for every working mom. I personally use this daily (specially during outdoor shoots!) and I love how light and none-greasy it is. I bought mine from Unity at Vivocity.

#2 LVLY – Sweet Delight Explosion Box
I was sent one of this Sweet Delight Explosion Box by the wonderful people at LVLY and I LOVE the Mr Bucket 66% Dark Chocolate inside. The cookie was light and refreshing and my entire family enjoyed the candies in the box. Do beware of the “exploding” part (as the name suggested, Explosion Box!)
I was smacked on the forehead by the confetti that ‘exploded’ out upon opening it. Was a good laugh.

#3 Geekbite – Kindle
I find after a long day of work and stress, nothing relaxes one more than reading. But who can deal with the clutter (and dust!!) that physical books comes with. Kindle is your best answer, a lightweight baby that can hold thousands and thousands of your favourite novels. Mine had lasted me for years, through countless MRT trips and lunches-alone. A must have for any moms who love to read!

Nothing relaxes us moms more than a clean fragrance and personally I find Scent by SIX the absolute best. I am obsessed with both their Nebulisers as well as Reed Diffuser (I used both for the studio). If you’re unsure which to gift, they do have Gift Sets that are sure to please.
