The studio space
Oh Dear Studio is a professional photography studio housed in a Conservation Shophouse right in the middle of Blair Plain, Singapore. With signature french-style full, glass windows, the studio enjoys ample natural sunlight throughout the day. Tastefully decorated with lush tropical greenery and vintage colonial-style furniture pieces, we retain an old world charm unique to Singapore.
You can experience Oh Dear’s charming ambience; cosy spaces designed to make it the place to relax, celebrate and have portraits done. We specialises in Family, Maternity, Newborn and Couple portraits.
Photographing with a unique blend of natural sunlight and studio lighting, we craft bright, airy and timeless photographs. We have a private rooftop that enables us to explore and capture outdoor greenery images as well! About The Creative Director
Melody Lin was trained as a graphic designer, with extensive work experience in both Advertising and Digital Imaging.
“In 2009, I got married to my soulmate and under his encouragement, started Oh Dear Photography.
Inspired by everything whimsical and vintage, I have photographed many couples over the years, traveling to gorgeous countries like Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia and Macau for Pre-wedding shoots.
Between 2013 and 2016, I became a Mom to my beautiful daughter and son. Today, I also photograph families and babies. I take pleasure in crafting timeless, heirloom images which will be treasured in many years to come.
