The photoshoot details were worked out and confirmed very quickly and efficiently in an exchange of messages and her email setting the confirmation details was sent out promptly with helpful tips on outfits. I was pretty worried about the kids cooperating as they usually hate taking photographs, but Melody worked her magic with them and got smiles consistently out of them throughout the hour plus shoot we had.
